Where can I buy the Kichna range?

The entire Kichna range can be purchased through Amazon. If you select the product that you’d like, in the size and colour you require, and click “Buy on Amazon”, you will be re-directed to the Amazon landing page for your selected product, where you can complete your purchase.

Are Kichna products dishwasher safe?

No, Kichna products are not suitable for dishwashers, except The Quencher bottle. We recommend hand-washing all parts of the product in hot soapy water, using non-abrasives. For full cleaning instructions, refer to our Care and Use Guide.

How do I clean and care for my Kichna product?

The Kichna range can be washed as frequently as you’d like. We recommend hand washing all parts in warm, soapy water prior to first use. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow time to dry.

Wash your product after each use. Allow all parts to dry completely prior to next use or storage. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scrubbers, bleach, or cleaners containing chlorine on any parts of the product.

What are Kichna products made of?

Our Stainless Steel range is made from durable, double-walled Stainless Steel, whilst our plastic bottles are made from hard-wearing, BPA- free plastic.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are placed through Amazon. Therefore, please refer to your Amazon order details for more information regarding your order.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

As all orders are placed through Amazon, please refer to your Amazon order details for more information regarding your order and delivery. You can also contact the Amazon Customer Service team, who will be able to look into the whereabouts of your package.

What if I’m not happy with my bottle? How can I return it?

All orders are placed through Amazon. Therefore, please refer to your Amazon order details for more information regarding your order, delivery, and returns. Amazon will replace or refund orders that are 12 months old, if the item has become faulty or does not work as expected. Please note, however, that this does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.

Do you ship Kichna outside of the UK?

We currently only ship within the UK.

Do Kichna products keep my food and beverages hot and cold?

Our high-quality, double-walled stainless-steel range is engineered to keep hot contents hotter and cold contents colder for longer. Please refer to the table below for each product’s individual features:

For maximal thermal efficiency, pre-chill the product prior to use by filling with cold water, attaching the lid and letting stand for 5-10 minutes, before emptying out the water. Fill with your preferred contents and use as normal. Repeat with hot water to keep contents hot. Always test the temperature of contents before consuming.

What is your Warranty policy?

Our products are developed using only high-quality materials that are built to last. However, in the unlikely case that you do have an issue with your product, Amazon will replace or refund orders that are 12 months old, if the item has become faulty or does not work as expected. This, however, does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.

Additionally, we offer a 2-year warranty on all Kichna products, which covers manufacturing defects for up to 2 years after the date of purchase. Again, please note that this does not include cover for accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.

If a product has been deemed as misused, accidentally damaged or damaged due to wear and tear, then the warranty will be null and void.

However, in the rare case that the product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us using the web form on the Contact page, detailing the issue. We will then request images of the item. If we find that your product is eligible, we will replace it free of charge.
